Terms & Conditions
The Terms & Conditions are in place to protect our business and yours. They are pretty standard with nothing too controversial. Unless you advise otherwise, we will deliver work for you and your business based on these terms. We are also very happy to review your Terms & Conditions and reach a shared agreement.
Amabilidad – Terms of Engagement Effective Date: 22nd June 2025 Thank you for choosing to work with Amabilidad. These terms are here to make sure we’re clear, fair, and transparent. 1. Scope of Work Before we begin, we’ll confirm in writing what’s included in your project: services, deliverables, timescales, and fees. If the scope of work changes along the way, we’ll agree any additional costs together before continuing. 2. Fees & Payment Terms Project fees will be agreed in advance. Larger projects may be invoiced in stages. If payment is delayed, we may pause work until payment is made. For substantial projects, a percentage of the fee may be required upfront. 3. Changes, Cancellations & Delays Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a project. Where significant time has been allocated or work completed, part or all of the agreed fee will apply. 4. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise agreed, you have the right to use the work we produce for the purpose we created it. Ownership of materials: you own the project scope outputs and Amabilidad retains ownership of our frameworks and tools used to produce the project. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing, with your consent. 5. Confidentiality We treat all information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it without your permission, unless required by law. 6. Social Media & Publicity We love celebrating the projects we work on, and from time to time may wish to share project highlights on our website, social media, or in promotional material. We’ll always request your permission in advance before sharing any work connected to you or your organisation publicly, and you’re welcome to approve or decline as you prefer. 7. Our Commitment to You We will always act professionally, in good faith, and with care. If you have concerns or feedback, talk to us directly — we’re committed to finding solutions together. 8. Limitation of Liability Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total fees you’ve paid for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. 9. Force Majeure We are not responsible for delays or inability to deliver work caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, major technical failures, or other unforeseen disruptions). 10. Data Protection If we handle any personal data on your behalf, we will do so responsibly and in line with applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR, if applicable). 11. Dispute Resolution We aim to resolve any disagreements quickly and fairly. Before taking any formal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through direct discussion or mediation wherever possible. 12. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction], though we’ll always aim to resolve matters informally first. 13.
