3. Advance planning
​
We can do last minute but, typically one weeks notice is a minimum.

2 weeks is optimal for logistics planning, pre-event research and briefing sessions.

Many events are promoted months in advance, and we can also work to those longer timelines.
4. What are the Fees?
​
Day rate: €650 - €2,000.

Each event will be unique in terms of location and format.

Please allow for a day rate plus logistics: flights and accommodation.

Your representative will be responsible for their own subsistence. There is no open expense cheque and no surprises.

Briefing: A scheduled scope call with you to understand your priorities and objectives.
Confirmation: Your brief is captured in writing for review and approval.
Research and Preparation: Your representative will research your business, sector and prepare key talking points.
Live Updates: You are kept informed of progress throughout the event.
Post-Event Report: Your representative provides a full report, including contacts made and agreed next steps.
