FIXED
A fixed fee is ideal for grant applications, bid management, or tender responses, as these submissions usually follow a standard format. Collating your supporting documentation, writing the technical proposal and calculating your financial submission can be straightforward.

MILESTONES
Milestones work well across projects that require market research also, when building a business plan or crafting a winning investment proposal. This allows us to break the work down into manageable parts ensuring every individual aspect of your project gets the focus it needs.

Our advice is to budget for 3 milestones and allow for up to 6. You can cancel or pause your project at any milestone, giving you control.
HOURLY
We are not big fans of the hourly rate because in our experience it can leave you exposed to a large bill. Projects very often take longer than anticipated and it can be stressful for you to watch the meter tick up. If you are unsure, we will be happy to advise you.
HOUR

Hourly works well for consultation calls if you would like to discuss your project before starting. The fee you pay will depend on the Consultant's experience and their fit.
DAILY
Daily fees are very suitable for project management where we hybrid work between your office and ours. Plus, investor relations where an experienced professional represents your business at an external event. Both require your consultant to be availble all day, to successfully deliver on your project.
DAY

The scope of daily fees allows for a dillligent project manager to attend site for you, right up to an experienced senior director, to represent your business, networking and influencing. at C-Suite and government levels.
CUSTOM
Your project may require a custom build. A mix of market research and project management. Your timelines may be open ended. You know the outcome you want but are unsure of how to get there. We will work with you to custom build the best fit fee model for successful delivery.
