MARKET-ENTRY SYSTEM
The GCC Market-Entry System is built for start-ups and mid-size businesses establishing a presence in the Gulf. Select from 20 Components across 3 Milestones. You control the sequence and pace.
Outputs are dynamic: real-time, in-market intelligence delivered through a digital dashboard, shareable with your stakeholders.

DESIGNED TO DE-RISK YOUR BUSINESS DECISION
The Market-Entry System answers your business critical questions including: ➡️Should our organisation enter one or all of the six GCC markets? Is now the optimal time? ➡️What is the size of the market opportunity and how well does our value proposition fit? ➡️What are the key barriers to entry and to what extent does regulatory compliance impact our business decision? ➡️How is the competitive landscape defined and who are the incumbents? ➡️Who is the customer, what are their demand drivers and do we have the business capabilities? ➡️Where are revenues generated and how are they acquired? ➡️Is this market-entry decision commercially viable and do we have a multi-geography sustainable plan?

DELIVERED FOR THE CLIENT

Over 2 months, Oct-Nov 2025, we collaborated with the award winning Polish / Canadian literary artist, Dagmara Sitek. Working with a baseline of 3 social impact literary pieces, we built out the artist's portfolio to include works: The Compassion Lab, The Art of Connection, International Tour in 2026, all centred around compassion in youth. Rising Canada (2025) reports;“An overwhelming majority of young Canadians, 71% of youth between the ages of 12-17, reported experiencing some form of bullying". For this project, we began with desk research, exploring the role of the Council's CA$284M budget and the landscape of fundable art. We listened. Asked open questions. Seeded ideas. And, over time we were able to support our client in creating 3 grant proposals that truly represented her artistic journey. We prepared and submitted reports including; proposed activities, timelines and use-of-funds, In addition to research and validation of the proposed submissions, totalling ~CA$150k, the scope of the project extended to execution planning, specifically the roll-out of the multi-country International Tour 2026.
